The Ten Steps to a Life You Love coaching program provides a structure to individual life coaching sessions, allowing clients to anticipate what will be coming next and to better understand how each of the pieces of work they do in each coaching session fits into the bigger picture and prepares them to truly choose a life they love.
This unique 10-step process starts by helping you discover and reclaim the authentic self deep inside, moves on to help you reframe possibilities for your life and dream big, guides you through the process of developing your own personal strategy to attract the life you choose and put your plans into action, and then celebrates your graduation from the program sending you off with the tools, skills, and power you need to choose a life you love each and every day!
As you work through each step, Coach Becky will guide you through at-home exercises to solidify the lessons you learn and concretize your progress. The tools and daily practices you create will become part of your day-to-day, helping you stay integrated and aligned, and helping to ensure you take a step forward every day.
This program is designed to help you develop new habits, new thought processes, new beliefs about yourself and what’s possible for your life. Ten Steps to a Life You Love is designed to help you chart a new course, guide you as you take your first steps along your journey, and provide you with everything you’ll need to keep yourself moving forward. This is a program that teaches you how to “fish,” stays by your side as you as you first start “fishing” to coach you through initial challenges, and then sets you off on your own once you feel ready– with all the knowledge, tools, and muscle memory you’ll need to continue successfully on your own for many years to come.

It is based on a unique sequence of steps and exercises specially designed to help you live a life you love each and every day. While this program works as is for many clients, coaching is always individualized to meet your specific needs. You may need to focus more or less on some elements of the program. Or, you may need to go through some of the steps in a modified order. In some cases your coach may add an entirely new step just for you.
